During this period, he maintained excellent relationship with contractors, Consultants, Costumers related to the Omniyat's projects in Business Bay-Dubai which assist in the successful completion of Bayswater Project while maintained close and professional relationship with the authorities and Utilities providers in the area and liaised closely with the master developer to resolve many issues where related to OMNIYAT's projects in Business Bay area.
