- Study Contract documents “Specifications & Drawings & BOQ and approved measurement styles.
- Initiate proper survey to quantities from workshop drawings& compare it with original Contract BOQ.
- Coordinate in preparing purchase order for material suppliers & subcontractors.
- Submit & follow up QS documents to be revised & approved from the Engineer or Owner representative.
- Prepare QS documents to site Engineer to issue the subcontractors & suppliers invoices.
- Prepare monthly invoices based on actual approved quantities, measured & reviewed by consultant and or owner representative.
Coordinate in preparing claims based upon Variations, Change Orders & new scope.
