PRESENT JOB (country- Saudi Arabia) :

 

  • Working as a Planning Engineer  for Saudi Oger Ltd.  for the construction of “Al-Samriyah Farm” at Aamriyah, Riyadh from Oct.2010 till date.

 

  •  Worked with Planning Team in Head Office Riyadh for various projects “Bidding Proposal” from Jan 2010 to Sep. 2010.

 

  •  Worked as a Planning Engineer  for Saudi Oger Ltd.  for “Development of King Abdullah Road (Phase-1)”, which comprises one 700m long tunnel and three underpasses over a length of 5.3 Km of road, including road works,Utility service network, Landscaping and Temporary works and Detour from Oct 2008 to Dec. 2009.  

 

 

 

Job Responsibilities

  •  Creating WBS.
  • Developing Baseline Schedule.
  • Estimating Cost & Determining Budget.
  • Quantity Take off of various civil work to be executed.
  • Controlling Cost & Schedule.
  • Performance Measurement & Reporting.
  • Controlling and implementation of the Integrated Management system at Site.
  • Verifying & Cross Checking the monthly invoices of contractors & Subcontractors.
  • Preparing  monthly & Weekly Progress Report & Updating Schedule.
  • Reviewing Daily Progress Report (DPR).
