  • The position held was seconded directly to Chevron.
  • The projects were performed under Facility Management Construction Support (FMCS) Team of Supply Chain Management (SCM) Business Unit of CHEVRON, with a current an annual SCM-FM contracting plan for goods and services was about USD $500MM. Project includes major Field Infrastructure, Construction Building of Schools, Hotels, Offices, Camps and Houses, Utilities and Related Facilities, Water Treating Plant, Road and Bridge, Waterway, Landscaping, Recreational Facility, Security Infrastructures, Construct New Facilities, Upgrades Existing Facilities and Purchase Orders.

 

  • Provided strategic planning process service to the projects and opportunities in the clients, established revenue and profit goals, cost reduction initiatives, and actions plans that consistently improved earnings and strengthened customer satisfaction in all stages of Chevron's project development from feasibility studies, through execution until hand-over to operations.
 
  •   • Involved in process preparations of pre-qualification, tenders and claims, materials planning, purchasing, vendor contract negotiations and inventory control, project execution.
  •   • Developed integrated CPM schedules in MS Project Server, estimated resource, analyzed task dependencies, and tracked project progress.
  •   • Facilitated cross-functional project teams in control of project budgets, costs trends, expenditures, forecasts and cost analysis and reporting throughout all project stages.
  •   • Identified specific risks associated with executing the planned activities to determine and communicate the possible range of schedule completion dates for the project.
  •   • Used the change management system for schedule change control, alignment of planning and cost control reporting and requirements.
  •   • Generated and distributed of project reports and information to project teams.
  •   • Coordinated for contract closeout, visual inspection, handover of material, equipment and tools.
  •   • Liaised and coordinated with stakeholders and relevant departments.
