Kaliraya Sari-Contract No.8544-OK], etc., with the total accumulative project values about USD $300MM+.

 

  • Led and managed the operation of various Project Controls office activities with a team of 30+ members including planning, scheduling, cost / document control, office engineering, material / subcontracting.
 
  •   • Reviewed and approved of all project schedules, project cost estimates, scope changes, RFI’s, Invoices, progress claims / Accruals, subcontractors planning packages, negotiations and variations.
  •   • Negotiated subcontracts, finalized agreements and maintained stable pricing.
  •   • Signatures acceptance of all work orders pending reviewed of scope, drawings and cost estimates.
  •   • Forecast of resource requirements and the analyses of craft productivity data.
  •   • Assisted with the prioritization of work orders and identification of project risk and responses.
  •   • Evaluated project schedule / cost performance, notified client of expected budget over runs.
  •   • Coordinated for contract closeout, managing the handover of material, equipment and tools.
  •   • Established relations with the client for work coordination and the purpose of business growth. 
  •   • Appointed Acting Project Manager in incumbent’s extended absences and other corporate assignments. 
  •   • Established and promoted Chevron's HSE best-practice in health, safety and environmental matters.
