Invited by the Project Director to take up responsibility for the planning function for this prestigious offshore project involving the recovery of oil and gas 200 km offshore using an FPSO, constructed in Korea. I was responsible for the development and implementation of planning at all levels, and project control systems for the contractor and reporting to the client, ELF, using Primavera and Excel.
