Overall responsibility as Project Manager for the planning & execution for the 4Q 2012 major FCCU turnaround. Responsibilities include management of all aspects of the project including planning, HSE, quality, budget control and monitoring.

Responsible as Project Manager for the successful completion of 100,000 man hour FCCU turnaround carried out during 4Q 2009. Responsible pre turnaround for managing the planning & preparation activities and overall responsibility during the turnaround for completing the turnaround safely and on schedule. Developed the Primavera (P6) plan to clearly define the critical path and completed a number of scenario plans to define the cost benefit of purchasing new equipment items. Co-ordinated the replacement of a two metre section of the main fractionater tower using a novel petal replacement technique achieving a significant saving over the original replacement option.
