  • Provided an enterprise wide view of portfolio, programs and projects, thus enabling the organization to better manage the delivery of programs and projects portfolio.
  • Spearheaded re-design of project portfolio management framework including definition, development and roll out as well as project identification, approval and prioritization, integrated PMO metrics, thresholds, templates and processes to drive performance in alignment with IT and business strategies.

  • Modernized portfolio management including portfolio and roadmap dashboards, forecast analysis, financial reports and RAID escalation for C-level executives, Portfolio Office leadership and PMs.
  • Efficiently utilized the PPM tool for SAP roll-out across 1600 stores and sites. Developed training content and trained all change managers which helped 10 Go-Live phases run seamlessly.
  • Led the tool setup and processes for man-power demand and capacity planning in IT department.
