- Spearheaded re-design of project portfolio management framework including definition, development and roll out as well as project identification, approval and prioritization, integrated PMO metrics, thresholds, templates and processes to drive performance in alignment with IT and business strategies.
- Enhanced planning and reporting processes of the existing hybrid methodology for the digital transformation program in alignment of agile mindset throughout the IT projects.

- Efficiently utilized the PPM tool for SAP roll-out across 1600 stores and sites. Developed training content and trained all change managers which helped 10 Go-Live phases run seamlessly.
