Responsible for provision of Project Services in support of Project Management for Power Generation projects using Rolls-Royce Industrial Gas Turbines and Allens Diesel engines, including:

• Management of up to twenty in number support staff in the functions of Project Planning, Document Control, Resource Management and Project Administration.
• Manage and control the introduction of new working processes and procedures and the introduction of new IT systems for effective project controls.
• Producing reports for issue to both Senior Management and external parties relating to progress achievement, key issues and project status reporting.
• The introduction and reporting of key business performance measures including Earned Value Analysis, Milestone Achievement and financial reporting as a measure of business plan deployment within the business.
• Production of resource forward loading forecasts for the Project Department  in support of the overall business budgetary control process.
• Defining the requirements for sub-contractor planning and reporting and the integration of sub-contractor detailed programmes into the overall control programme as reported to Clients.
