Prepare project master construction schedule clearly identifying the critical activities in a presentable and understandable format.

Prepare construction program to sufficient level of details so that all key construction activities can be easily monitored during project implementation.

• Review and monitor the construction schedule and schedule and schedule of key dates prepared by the quantity surveyor to ensure that they are in strict compliance with the construction program and are properly executed.

• Co-ordinate as well as monitor with vendors, suppliers, various labour contractors and subcontractors on necessary resources, material, machinery, equipment, to ensure that the works are carried out in strict accordance with the planned schedule.

• Monitor progress of work, update construction program and prepare recovery program if necessary.

• Document all project related communication and/or instructions between the Company and all external parties in the form of official letters, fax transmittal or memorandum, whichever is appropriate.

• Develop Manpower Histograms for the proper Utilization of Resources of the Project.

• Generate Progress S-Curves for the measurement of Progress of Work.

• Develop MRP & ERP based on the Schedule of the Project.

• Checking the specifications of construction jobs I regard to the quality of materials, methods and workmanship.

• Produce progress report for the month.
