        Responsible for Planning, Scheduling and project controls functions with L-3 schedule for overall project monitoring

        of office building constructions. In this view, Identification of work breakdown structure, activity codes, and creation

        Of resource pool, listing of Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) activities and inter-Linking those

        Using PRIMAVERA 6.0 based on project deliverables.

      

Close monitoring of Critical Paths and involved critical activities and tracking for those activities before they become the bottleneck for the overall progress of the project. Well conversant with work break down structure, weightage allocation, resource planning, manpower histogram, monitoring of construction work and independently preparing the activities wise Level-I, II, III and IV schedule. Preparation of 3 monthslook-a-head schedule on the basis of baseline plan and prepare for actual execution with the help of Primavera.

 

Plotting Physical Progress ‘S’ curves or Project Monitoring Index to monitor overall project progress based on weightage distributed over the entire activities involved for completion of the project and make comparison with planned versus actual progress. Preparation of narrative reports consisting of major progress highlights and also identifying the Areas of concern and the issues related with particular activity in master schedule.
