1.      Designation: Planning Manager

Experience           : ~       13* months (December 2011 – Till now)

Nature of work    :Preparation of baseline construction schedule, tracking the progress in terms of time and cost, controlling the project, MIS reporting. Engineering and design coordination, verification of client billing etc.,

2.      Designation: Asst. Manager - Construction Methods & Planning

Experience           : ~       17 months (July 2010 – November 2011)

Nature of work    :For Tender Projects, Preparation of Construction Schedule, Planning on Construction Methods and preparation of construction methods presentation explained to clients using BIM. Methodology based designing for construction projects coming under Delhi Region. This includes preparation of construction method statements for jobs at initial stage, designing the detailed scheme and implementation of the construction methods by providing with execution schemes that will help in the successful completion of project. The detailed schemes include schemes for heavy erection, equipment foundation & supports, excavation supports, specialized formwork design, arrangement for deep excavation, site logistics and infrastructure.etc.,

3.      Designation: Planning Engineer

Experience           : ~       9 months (November 2007 – July 2008)

Nature of work    :Preparation of Budgeted Cost and Master Construction Programme, total Planning for 95 crore ESTANCIA IT SEZ project, controlling, tracking in terms of time & cost and reporting status of project to management from time to time. Preparation of Client Bills and billing for all subcontractors, Preparation of MIS reports etc.

4.      Designation: Regional Formwork Coordinator

Experience           : ~       11 months (December 2006 – October 2007)

Nature of work    :Planning requirements of formwork for various sites coming under the Chennai region. Coordination and tracking for movement of formwork materials between the sites within the region. Coordination with the design team to get the formwork schemes for projects and get the same implemented. Ordering and tracking of new formwork materials from the manufacturing unit and coordination for prompt delivery to the required site. Control of maintenance unit for periodical maintenance and uplifting the quality of existing formwork materials. Preparation of Bills for the subcontractors involved in the maintenance works. Compilation of formwork productivity of various projects and suggests improvement measures etc.

5.      Designation: Finishing Engineer

Experience           : ~       5 months (July 2006 – November 2006)

Nature of work:Responsible for planning, estimating, execution and billing of all finishing works like brickwork, plastering, painting, tiling and dadoing, flooring, falseceiling, joineries etc.,  in the allotted portion of the Oberoi Flight kitchen project as per the specifications and drawings issued.
