From Aug, 2009 to Mar, 2010, at the construction of Saudi Kayan K80 project, Worked as Scheduler

I was responsible for monitoring site progress and preparing periodic progress reports, coordinate daily project meetings and updating scheduled program of works, prepare Contractor’s monthly invoices against the actual as per schedule update.

           Prepare Procedures for Project Schedule, Monitor and Control purposes during all the phases of an EPC contract and also leading a team of Planners to support the commercial success of projects

Ø  Understanding contractual obligations for project management & control

Ø  Review & Approve Contractor’s submitted planning package in-accordance with company’s established procedures.

Ø  Co-ordinate with other schedulers for all scheduling related issues. Review and Approve Contractors reports.

Ø  Evaluate contractor’s updated schedule and prepare analysis report to project management for necessary action.
