Responsible for all job site quality control including welder testing and weld mapping, progress and cost monitoring and reporting, software development, subcontract administration and document management; responsible for all heavy rigging design, preparation of corporate safety manual and construction procedures manual, estimating construction and construction coordination with job sites for both modular and stick-built projects foreign and domestic; managed procurement department and all estimating and planning and scheduling for corporation; Construction bidding, planning and management for all construction projects foreign and domestic.
