Project Management              

·          Planning (S-Curve, PERT & CPM), Scheduling (MS Project & Primavera), Resourcing, Progress Updating, Controlling and Billing Activities.

·          Earned Value Analysis

·          Evaluating project, present cost / benefits analysis at project decision points.

·          Finalizing requirements and specifications in consultation with collaborators/promoters as well as project scheduling including material & manpower planning.

·          Anchoring on-site construction activities to ensure completion of project within the time & cost parameters and effective resource utilization to maximize the output.

·          Prepares and present Monthly Project Cost Report to the management. This will include all actual cost and revenue to date, with an accurate forecast spread across the remainder to the completion of the project. These reports are issued to Project Managers for review and submit to top level management.
