• Participating in the installation of the infrastructure of the "Lokma Group Factories" in Katameya (Value of Contract: 8 million L.E.)

(value of contract : 50 million L.E)

Participating in improving Mahwer 26 July 12 km (value of contract 120 million).

Responsible for: All construction actives, supervising all subcontractors in the project, cooperate with the project departments and ensure quality of required work.  

Project Manager  July 2007 Until  April 2010

The improvement of roads and construct the landscape around AUC in New Cairo (value of contract: 50 Million).

Responsible for: All construction activities, Landscape, Irrigation network, Pavement Layers, Curbs ,Lighting systems ,supervising all subcontractors in the project, cooperate with the project departments and ensure quality of required work

•         Providing the policies, methodologies, and templates for managing projects such asSharm EL Shiehk airport project ,   within the organization.

•        Providing support and guidance to others in the organization on how to manage projects through training, software such as P6 and Candy, and weekly meetings with PMO teams.

•        Manage shared and coordinated resources across all projects administrated by PMOteams

•        Central monitoring of all PMO timelines and budgets, at the enterprise level.
