Working for Balfour Beatty Utility Solutions in the Power sector, working in and running the planning department which currently consist of a small team to which which contiune to grow during 2012 and onwards.

Our key disiplines include delivering engineering designs and documents to site operations in order for them to progress with new build and refurbishment projects in Overhead Line 132kV, 400kv projects.

Looking after some 50-60 current live projects with a range of 10k to 1.5 million value.

Currenlty with 80 plus project team members in the UK spanning out world wide in 2012 with already an office in India being constructed. 

Currently introducing best practise planning and project management techniques and processes to allow us to streamline and make our work more effiencient.

As planning head i aim to introduce the likes of the AMP framework to the business along with the Guild of Planning once established.
