- Assist the Planning Manager & Project Manager in the preparation of Master Baseline Schedule – New Doha International Airport Project Package. - Attending in the Contractor’s Weekly Meeting with the Client (NDIA), Management (Bechtel), and other contractors’ representatives to discuss the whole project matter, issues and concerns. - To prepare detailed schedule for the project scope of works and Change Orders considering main factors such as time-frame, milestone dates, manpower, and resources needed. - To maintain the Baseline Master Schedule and to modify it if revision is required. - Take a lead role in updating the Project Schedule using Primavera version 7.0 (P6), Critical Path Method (CPM), and Microsoft Excel. - Monitors Milestone dates and the day-to-day activities on site to ensure that the planned schedule of activities is being implemented. - To integrate various Contractor’s schedule across all areas. - To setup and prepare Schedule Impact Analysis and coordinates with the Contract Manager for the purpose of claims and time extensions. - Preparation of Weekly/Monthly Progress Accomplishment Reports - Generates and prepares Production S-Curve, Productivity Index, Histogram, Bar Chart progress illustrations and Monitoring key plans. - Proper time-analysis and resource allocation. - Coordinates with Technical Department regarding the As-built drawings and Change Orders - Monitors material delivery schedule through Logistics Department - Participates in the Safety Task Analysis and Risk Reduction Talk (STARRT) regularly - Attends the Weekly Contractors Coordination Meeting and Site Walk Through Assembly - Coordinates with other contractors for possible solutions in support of site problems
