Worked as project control engineer in 600T/Day textile grade PET plant of New Fengming Corporation Limited from Aug 2011 to Jun 2012, Songyuan Qianyuan Energy LNG project from Feb 2012 to Jun 2014, Yuanba Gas field nature gas storage and peak-shaving project from Mar 2014 to Jun 2015, Chengold PET project from Mar 2015 to present and Russia Safpet project from Jun 2016 to present.

  • Understand contract scope and prepare an overall plan / work breakdown structure.
  • Prepare project milestone summary schedule & finalize with client during KOM.
  • Prepare & update detailed P3EC schedule, functional schedule and S-curve. Review and finalize with client/project manager/disciplines.
  • Prepare, discuss & finalize with Eng. disciplines and issue monthly activity lists.
  • Take lead in progress calculation, progress reporting and status of deliverables.
  • Analysis of progress/status, provide feedback with suggested corrective actions to project team.
  • Prepare project budget and analyze budget cost vs. actual cost, and deviations and recommend action plan. Issue project cost control report and cash flow report monthly.
  • Closely monitor procurement schedule to coordinate with all concerned for timely release documentation (specification, ERFQ, ERPO, Vendor data, etc.).
  • Prepare project man-hour report based on information from timesheet system and advise project manager and project team.
  • Help traffic and project manager in preparation of shipping schedule and monitor shipping schedule based on actual.
  • Document and process project changes including man-hour, cost and schedule impact.
  • Review sub-contractor schedule and budget. Give supports to construction management at site on schedule and cost control.
  • Provide PM with inputs/reports & participate in project review meetings - highlight issues and recommend recovery plan.
  • Develop proposal schedule per the request from marketing department.
