• Responsible to make recovery schedule in case of any delay to finish the project on time.

• Responsible to check IPC (Interim Payment Certificate) prepared by Quantity Surveyor.

• Responsible to check work programme submitted by sub contractors that it should be in line with approved clause 14.1 base line programme.

• Responsible for cost control & Monthly Labour Forecast.

• Responsible to prepare CCVR (Construct Cost Value Reconciliation).
