  • Set-up type/levels of schedules and progress measurement system;
  • Interface with other functions/disciplines leaders to built up activities, assign milestones and constraints by issuing CPM/Pert time-scaled logic network using Company standards and client requirements
  • Prepare budget histograms, tables, curves logs as reference baseline for the control during the various project execution phases;
  • Ensure that project’s planning and scheduling requirements are properly and clearly communicated to functions/disciplines responsible for execution of work;
  • Issue Planning & Scheduling procedure and Progress Measurement Procedure;
  • Monitor progress measurement is properly applied and information flow is correct and complete;
  • Revise promptly the Control Baseline with all agreed changes;
  • Maintain and update all schedules, collecting actual data, evaluating dates to completion and project delays;
  • Maintain records of all significant events;
  • Review monthly the forecast trend and warm PM on time to take corrective actions;
  • Issue weekly and monthly progress reports (internal and Client);
  • Assist Project Control Manager in the Project Status Report (SR) preparation;

Support Project Control Manager for the preparation of the Project Close-out Report
