- Set-up type/levels of schedules and progress measurement system;
- Interface with other functions/disciplines leaders to built up activities, assign milestones and constraints by issuing CPM/Pert time-scaled logic network using Company standards and client requirements
- Prepare budget histograms, tables, curves logs as reference baseline for the control during the various project execution phases;
- Ensure that project’s planning and scheduling requirements are properly and clearly communicated to functions/disciplines responsible for execution of work;
- Issue Planning & Scheduling procedure and Progress Measurement Procedure;
- Monitor progress measurement is properly applied and information flow is correct and complete;
- Revise promptly the Control Baseline with all agreed changes;
- Maintain and update all schedules, collecting actual data, evaluating dates to completion and project delays;
- Maintain records of all significant events;
- Review monthly the forecast trend and warm PM on time to take corrective actions;
- Issue weekly and monthly progress reports (internal and Client);
- Assist Project Control Manager in the Project Status Report (SR) preparation;
Support Project Control Manager for the preparation of the Project Close-out Report
