Key Responsibilities:

  • Conceptualizing and designing the Roadmap of the project, reviewing and finalizing WBS, and conducting value engineering exercise.
  • Analyzing project inception plan and creating a schematic layout in view of key quantifiable parameters encompassing estimation of takeoff costs, reviewing project constructability, scopes of work, sub-contracting requirements, project profitability and scheduling.
  • Evaluating potential risks/opportunities and initiating necessary actions. Reviewing contract terms, compliance, key milestone dates, and binding commitments to avoid unnecessary negative financial impact or litigations.
  • Directing and monitoring the project in entirety involving conceptualization, budgeting, contractual negotiations/renegotiations, appointing/liaising with suppliers and sub-contractors.
  • Communicating project status and costs to other members of the senior management, conducting site visits to verify work flow, quality of work and mitigate any resultant issues.
  • Applying high-end project management concepts including critical path, material and human resource management to ensure adherence to deadlines
