-Plan, Report and control work schedule.
-Able to establish a full planning package base on specification and contract of a project. i.e from the Bar chart to production Level 4 schedule inclusive manning level and project schedule “S” curve;
-Early warning of foreseeing area of concern to Project manager of any issue causing delay to the project;
-Weekly reporting of the work progress in accordance to the plan package i.e Plan against actual and its variances;
-Monthly report of the overall/overview of the project and prepare report for presentation where required;
-Monitoring and collection of work progress data of all disciplinary for progress measurement;
-Front end activities, procurement, Engineering and Construction;
-Schedule updating, Data collection for progress measurement analysis, collective planning, highlighting critical path and area of concern for management action;
-Establishing and monitoring project schedules and planning activities 
-Critical path program analysis 
-Regular reporting to project Manager
-Assist in updating program master schedule on a regular basis for project management reporting
-Analyze progress reports against current baseline schedules
-Control and valuate the key project performances and inform project manager and direct functional report
-Ensure the deviation analysis is done on key activities 
-Monitors material status reports against construction schedules and reviews them with procurement and construction groups.
-Support to the project team in definition of corrective action
-Provides project management consultation on factors affecting the timely completion of projects.
- Performs special analysis for resource loading and performance progress.
-Prepares plans and schedules, status reports and performance evaluations..
