• Coordinating the project activities and preparing specifications with the clients to ensure drawings are per the specifications of clients.
• Preparation of S curves for the various disciplines involved in the projects.
• Monitoring & preparation of managements reports to summarise higher managements.
• Earn value management’s implementation in ongoing projects to monitor project progress.
• Coordination with the other departments time to time .
• Monthly & weekly report preparation for the clients & internal purpose.
• Highlighting critical areas in the project & action needed for prevention.
• Manhours consumption reports for the projects.
• Monthly look ahead schedule for the projects.
• Conducting fortnightly internal review meeting for the various projects.
