• Utilises project experience during accurate identifying of planning scope, major constraints and contract needs, enabling the robust preparation of a comprehensive programme that meets contract requirements • Enables project success through the prompt identification of programme affecting quantities and factors • Manages key processes seamlessly including the development of S-Curves, manpower histograms and cost loading for the program • Accurately defines all project requirements in relation to project planning whilst ensuring contract compliance, identifying all objectives and procedures and completing all tasks in line with project milestones • Oversees and assesses schedule durations in relation to all activities and to enable objective achievement • Leads the project schedule analysis and problem area study processes, enabling activity schedule identification whilst additionally recommending areas for schedule improvement amongst the project team • Develops and presents the schedule impact report, managing the creation and analysis of schedule recovery plans which encompasses additional resources and costs • Ensures critical path and schedule performance for the entire project is effectively monitored and reported, managing schedule risk identification and overseeing the development of a risk model and support schedule risk analysis • Successfully oversees any delays and client notifications, manages the progress report to ensure effective delivery on a daily, weekly and monthly basis and captures budget costs and resources • Significantly improves communication channels between the programme and operational employees through comprehensive programme and progress reporting as well as leading multiple meetings
