Development of an offshore oil field: (client TOPIC/150 M $):

Deliver and operate the Halk el Menzel offshore oilfield (Tunisian Sector of the Mediterranean Sea). Repair and overhaul of a jackup Levingston C-111 cantilever type. Conversion and upgrades engineering of this unit into a Mobile Offshore Drilling and Production Unit. Repair and overhaul of a Floating storage and Offloading Vessel (FSO). Offshore pipeline replacement project: (client TPS/3 M $): Replace the damaged part of the existing offshore 6’’ pipeline with export capacity up to 10000 bbls crude oil and produced water from Cercina field, within the offshore and in proximity to Kerkennah Islands, to Rhemoura a land location to the south of Sfax (Tunisia). (3 M $) Subsea cable installation project: (client SEREPT/3 M $): Provision and installation of a 2 km subsea electrical cable between two offshore platforms including I-tubes and protection mattresses. 
  • Prepare and maintain the Project Schedule
  • Plan the resources required to execute the project in coordination with estimated quantity while bidding/Tender
  • Tracking, monitoring & updating of progress versus program. (EVM, Cost Control, etc..)
  • Follow up with project and update progress weekly
  • Highlight the findings on time and timely communication to respective parties in order to take action on time
  •  Prepare monthly reports & submit to client in coordination with Project Manager
  • Produce data for Final Report for recording purpose (which contains project execution strategy, problems faced, lesson learned and further recommendation to take consideration for further projects)
