Worked as Project Control Engineer in

 

  • Detailed Engineering of a LOP 3rd Gas dryer expansion project for M/s Lyondell Basel‘s La Porte site US.

 

  • Detailed Engineering of Sulphuric Acid Plant II phase for M/s Mopani Copper Mines’s  Zambia

 

  • Detailed Engineering ofOffsite & Utilities, OPAL Petrochemical Projects, Dahej, and Gujarat.

 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Assist Project Manager in preparing Project Execution Plan (PEP)
  • Preparation of Project Schedule
  • Establishing Internal Mandate - Generating discipline wise  Document Delivery Schedule  (DDS) & get it signed off
  • Develop discipline wise   Functional Schedule & Manpower Forecasting & Leveling based on the schedule dates & get it signed off
  • Established progress measurement of project. Prepare and update Engineering “S” Curves and create forecast, Activity list  catch up plan
  • Preparing invoice as per the payment milestones & follow up for payment.
  • Maintaining  DCN & PCN Log
  • Maintaining Risk Register
  • Prepare Periodic Project Progress report highlighting areas of Concerns ,variance, Lag analysis & productivity for higher level management
  • Follow up with discipline engineer for release deliverables as per schedule.
