  • Create schedule and establishing baselines by identifying scope and work break down (WBS) in concert with Project manager and the project team and develop the project execution plan for control and integrity, as defined by the contract.
  • Developing detailed project schedule (L2 & L3) with real logic network and track progress.
  • Indulge in resource planning and monitoring.
  • Create design schedule / deliverable template and track progress.
  • Prepare Monthly /Fortnightly /Weekly Progress Reports.
  • Prepare S-curves for progress monitoring.
  • Participate in weekly/monthly project reviews meetings.
  • Prepare Man Hour Planning chart.
  • Prepare Lag Analysis Report so that the lag in the project is highlighted.
  • Prepare Catch up plan to overcome the lag.
  • Prepare Due items list so that the items which are not covered as per the schedule are sorted out easily.
  • Prepare progress reporting format for subcontractors and vendors.
  • Coordinate with sub vendors to expedite the work.
  • Preparing the effective project control procedure and making the team to understand the same.
