-        Coordinating the Operations Planning includes the entire fabrication chain (oxycutting, heavy plate and welding shop, extra heavy machining shop, assembly and test).

-        Management and implementation of Lean Manufacturing procedures, supporting the Manufacturing stage.

-        Execute development and update detailed micro planning of projects, integrating customer requirements, creating, planning and coordinating the work to be performed by establishing interfaces with members of the process.

-        Successful implementation of the new Primavera system as Key-user and Internal trainer. End-users training at different levels of the management layer (Project Managers, Planners, and Schedulers). Data migration successfully achieved for about 100 projects including historic records, templates and other critical files stored.

-        Involved on the project called PowerMAX/SAP global implementation as local key user of PP module.

-        Managed a staff of 10 production schedulers and 1 trainee.
