Delivering a mobile infrastructure network for Telecom NZ, I was responsible for process improvement to logistics and project management systems. I also project managed bespoke solutions and designs as well as assisted in the development of a logistics forecasting system.

Achievements

•       Increased on-time delivery of projects through development of project systems for equipment and materials tracking.

•       Deployment of integrated project delivery systems ensuring effective communication of all project materials, resources and costs.
