April, 2016 - Built up the WBS, weighting system, level 1-4 master schedules baseline, Manpower Histogram and progress curves for progress reports. Built up the project progress measure system.
- Set up resourcing plans for the overall and individual project phases, track and monitor master schedule. Fish-bone milestone schedule preparation and update.
- Weekly update each discipline’s progress S-curves and regular reports preparation and issue to team. Gap analysis based on updated schedules.
- Review and verify level-4 detail progress weekly report which submitted by contractor.
- Track and monitor manpower Histogram.
- Set up different scenario schedule comparison analysis for Management reference for them make long-term decision. Work with pipe area construction manager, we save total 1200 man hours;
