Planning& Scheduling Engineer

Convert daily General services (Fabrication, Welding, Painting, Lagging, Rigging/crane services & Third Party contractor) maintenance SAP notifications to Orders according to their priority. Material management using SAP MM. Change management, Risk management, prepare Level 4 P6 plans. Shut down management, produce weekly maintenance plans. Attend Weekly plant Maintenance meetings. Liaison big projects with Project team. PSSR (Pre start up Safety Review) leader in major Turnaround (T/A) 2010.

Olefin, LDPE, LLDPE and Utility Plant

Daily Planning

  • Complies with OIMS 6.4 PM manual procedures for processing jobs by using SAP Modules PM, MM & PS.
  • Processed SAP maintenance notifications according to priority.
  • Planning & scheduling for each notification.
  • Generated and distributed the daily, Weekly & Monthly Planning progress Reports to maintenance & Project team through Primavera P6.
  • Ensured order confirmation data is entered and generate report as and when required.
  • Ensured optimum spares for all equipment is available by working with Material Specialists.
  • Participate as required in Contract tendering, quotation reviews, comparative statements and contract finalization.
  • Planned and integrate several Plant design change requests (DCRs)

Shutdown planning

  • Job list and scheduled using P6.
  • Shutdown execution packages which contain; Identified safety hazards and the mitigating steps taken, types of work permits required, detailed work plan, material list, contract services list, marked up P&IDs, blinding list, rigging plan, etc.
  • Identified the materials required to execute each individual work and procurement and storage of all materials, job wise.
  • Linked shutdown schedule to operation shutdown and start up, developing critical path for the shutdown and monitor shutdown progress on a shift/daily basis.
