• Supervised the Master Program Schedule maintenance including input, revision and updating.
• Prepared and reviewed schedule durations for all disciplines and trade activities relative to the support of project milestones. Calculated durations and other considerations affecting activity durations.
• Calculated critical path for schedule networks and analyzed activities related to progress and adherence to the critical path.
• Implemented WBS resource coding in all schedules.
