  • Conduct site visit of the proposed project, gather data for the construction of TEMFACIL and check the existing condition of the project site for heavy equipment utilization in clearing and cutting to required slope.
  • Lead in the preparation of Project Plan and Schedule, Bill of  Materials, Scope of Works, Construction Technical Specifications and Project Quality Plan for Design and Build projects.
  • Conduct site visits to subcontractors and suppliers to determine adequacy of plant (for ready mix concrete batching plant), methods of delivery and their reputation.
  • Manage equipment and manpower utilization at site to control cost and to maximize resources.
  • Supervise different disciplines in working together at the site as per schedule indicated on the construction program.
  • Coordinate to different sub contractors, client’s supervising engineer/architect, QA/QC engineer, material engineers, safety engineer and government representatives while the construction is on progress.
  • Conduct regular meetings for all site engineers for every discipline and resolve problems and other concerns.
  • Supervise the overall implementation of the project based on the approved plan, revisions and project specifications.
