Planning /Lead responsible for the functioning of the Integrated Project Controls Team. Developing of Project Controls/Planning Procedures and the Project Execution Plan. Responsible for development of the Overall Programmed Schedule and approving of Master Baseline. Responsible for Managing all Contractor Planning. Responsibility was inclusive of approving Contractor Baseline Schedules and monitoring Progress and reporting overall progress up to the Project Director.

Assisting in development of Project Control Progress/Reporting Procedures and development of Project Master Monthly/weekly reports. Attendance of Weekly/monthly high-level Progress meetings with Business Partners and generating reports.

Analyzing Change Management through project life and attendance of Risk Workshops and performance of Forensic Project Analysis, EOT analysis based upon Risk and Change management.

3GI Planning Lead/Supervisor (Site Based) Civils & Underground and MEIP  (July 2016 – June 2020)

Planning Lead (Farnborough (UK) Based. (May 2015-July2016) Lead team in the execution of the project in achieving FID stage. Lead the ESAR (Estimate and Schedule Review Team) in taking the project into the Execution stages.

Early Works Project Controls Manager – FGP/WPMP project (May 2014 to May 2015)

The Project been inclusive of a PBF (Pressure Boost Facilities) and Offsites Facilities and follows a strategy of maximized modularization for Facilities and for Multi-Well Pads and Injection Pipelines.
