Responsible for development of the Overall Programmed Schedule and approving of Master Baseline. Responsible for Managing all Contractor Planning. Responsibility was inclusive of approving Contractor Baseline Schedules and monitoring Progress and reporting overall progress up to the Project Director.
Assisting in development of Project Control Progress/Reporting Procedures and development of Project Master Monthly/weekly reports. Attendance of Weekly/monthly high-level Progress meetings with Business Partners and generating reports.
Analyzing Change Management through project life and attendance of Risk Workshops and performance of Forensic Project Analysis, EOT analysis based upon Risk and Change management.

Planning Lead (Farnborough (UK) Based. (May 2015-July2016) Lead team in the execution of the project in achieving FID stage. Lead the ESAR (Estimate and Schedule Review Team) in taking the project into the Execution stages.
