Job Profile

• Detailed Project Planning & Scheduling and weekly updating & progress monitoring.( S-Curve,Reviews, Critical Path Analysis) :

    a)   Jordbaer FPSO - 17000 hrs for Norway.

    b)   MLMR - 14000 hrs for Canada.

    c)   BEQ - 3000 hrs for UK

• Development of project base schedule using MS Project Professional 2007 & Primavera P6R8.
• Assisting Operation Managers / Project Managers in decision making & charting out catch up /contingency plans.
• Collection and Evaluation of weekly project progress report.
• Earned Value Management for more than 75% of all identified project(monthly schedule variance for projects >1000hrs)
• To support Operation Manager / Project Manager in Resource Planning for running and forecast projects by providing inputs in form of MPS reports.
• Resource Planning and Analysis for ABB-UK (Aberdeen Projects).
• Preparation of tender time schedule (TTS) for Bid stage projects.
• Support in monthly invoicing to meet monthly targets, forecasting, capacity utilization and analysis reports on monthly basis.
