In Total Tenure involved in following activities. –

Develop and implement procedures for contract management and administration in compliance with company policy.

Work with Risk Management Department / Finance to coordinate contractual insurance requirements

Preparation of all correspondence/letter for documents submission to Client/reply to vendor/Consultant.

Tracking of all contractual compliance & follow-up vendors for ensure due submission by coordinating with Project Management Team of Client / Vendor / Consultant.

Controlling & maintaining of Contract Master/Invoice tracker/Maintaining

Correspondence tracker / Steel cement procurement tracker/Advance recovery tracker/Basic price variance tracker/ early action tracker.

Checking, Verification of measurements of interim Bills of all Contractors, Consultants, Vendors. etc. and validation of the same for payment.

Estimation, Rate Analysis & Evaluation of Rates.

Evaluation of Variation Item, Extra Item raised by Contractors/Consultant with respect to their Scope of Work.

Quantity Surveying, Checking/Verification of BOQ of various items submitted by Contractor.

Verification of reconciliation of various materials like Piping and Pipe Fittings, Electricals such as Cables and Switches, MCB, Cement, Steel, etc.

Preparation of Recommendation note on Packages.

Handle on-going issue and change management. Preparation of Change Request & coordinating with Project Management Team of Client /Vendor.

Monitoring and verification of Compliance Management Process; Responsible for compliance of Contract Closure process, extension or renewal
