2010 – Present– Initiate, prepare and develop project plans and schedules. Coordinates with project, construction, cost, technical and procurement managers including project engineers, lead discipline engineers on various engineering discipline to acquire data and relevant information to produce feasible and effective schedules. Review, analyze, and refine sequence and logic of activities and/or task. Correlate data and other pertinent documents and information as the project progresses and update schedules. Prepare weekly, monthly reports using a combination of Primavera and Microsoft office application platform. Perform tasks other than specified above.

2008 – 2010– Prepare schedules for the construction of new refinery (package no.5) project in Al-Zhour, Kuwait. Project controls and project scheduling with WBS, OBS preparation, and monthly updates with coordination of input data from engineering, procurement and construction. Prepare weekly and short & medium term look-ahead schedules. Prepare baseline schedules and 120 days look-ahead schedules to assist the sub-contractors in anticipating final completion. Carry out time impact analysis and change orders settlements. Prepare monthly progress reports for client’s review and approval. Control documents and safekeeping of all planning related documents. Conduct site surveillance for progress reporting.

2004 – 2008– Provide planning package program including histogram, manpower S-curve, budgeted cost, resources assignment and budgeted man-hour cost. Prepare daily activities based on planned schedule with bar chart format as planned, target, actual and forecast schedules. Monitor areas of concern, analyze the actual condition on site and propose corrective measures as project progresses. Submit cost control resources activity report and total profile resource frame of the project. Compare master schedule against actual on site, investigate causes of delays and formulate remedies the address potential problem areas. Review monthly forecast against actual and locates critical deviation from the baselines. Check and monitor effects of corrective action taken by the construction personnel (site engineers, supervisors, foremen, project managers, construction managers)

2002 – 2004– Prepare maintenance schedules, histograms and progress curves to support the project execution plan, cash flow, and shut-down schedules in a manner which optimizes the use of resources. Prepare, monitor and update schedules.  Liaise with other internal company business units, engineering consultants, vendors and contractors to achieved effective schedules and progress. Maintain relationships with other departments of the company and continually increasing the knowledge base of the maintenance planning and scheduling systems. Support the preparation of month end reports, projections and curves as required. Responsible to ensuring proper approvals are obtained for trends requiring schedule changes. Effectively and accurately communicates relevant project information, including resources, progress, forecast to go and schedules to project team members and top management. Participate in meetings weekly, and monthly. Perform schedule and critical path analyses. Coordinate with operations, engineering and field personnel to identify schedule disconnects for rectification. Ensure scheduling database, files and records are kept up to date. Make decisions and recommendations within authorized limits prescribed by supervisor and company policy.

2001 – 2002– Plan and prepare production schedules for plywood manufacturing. Ensure that products are made efficiently and timely manner and that the produced products are made as per market demands.  Prepare monthly production commitments including work-in-process to meet shipment dates. Provide instructions and authorization on what plywood thickness and specification to produce prior to commence production. Liaise with production managers, supervisor, coordinator, and engineering manager for weekly and annual shutdown-maintenance schedule. Worked with the head office sales department, finance, accounting, audit, and purchasing to develop sales forecasts based on current market demand which is used to estimate how many items, what plywood types to produce. Forecast production schedule and established time limits and sequences of manufacturing operations. Implement first in-first out program to ensure proper usage of veneer products to produce quality plywood. Determine how, where, and what veneer products to use to ensure conformance to the first in-first out program. Write detailed instructions showing specific operations, where they will perform, what tools, materials and equipment will be used, and how many workers will be needed. Conduct annual product inventory and compute annual revenues, profits. Prepare daily, weekly, monthly and yearly production reports for management review. Make comparison to daily, weekly, monthly and yearly production output to their previous output to check variances and consistency, increase & decrease of production. Provide input to management during meeting, interface with marketing, sales, production, and engineering managers to reschedule in case production changes, labor and material shortages, backlogs and other potential schedule interruptions. Check production errors during operation and recommend corrective action. Maintain records of raw materials and finished products inventories for management review. Reschedule operations to process rush orders or to meet customer needs. Sometimes represent the company in negotiations with customers needs. Develop new programs to improve the production control systems. Conduct orientation for students on their field trips program with the company. Perform tasks other than specified above.

2000 – 2001- Supervises construction personnel. Plans and schedule construction activities. Monitor work efficiency and implement the project according to the client’s specification and requirements. Implement proper utilization of construction resources such as but not limited to manpower, equipments, tools and materials. Submit daily, weekly, monthly progress reports to the operation manager. Submit reports to operation manager concerning site construction, technical and social problems. Coordinate with the operation manager regarding the latest construction program and developments. Suggest procedure which most easier and economical. Ensure proper personnel disposition. Conduct regular project inspection. Institute meeting to the subordinates as the need arises.  Conduct site inspection and monitoring of activities related to civil works and ensure compliance with the approved drawing/grading plans and specifications. Attend meeting with resident engineer (client side) and give advice or suggestions on matters pertaining to the project for the success and smooth movements of the works. Request inspection of completed works for client’s approval. Check erring subordinates and impose disciplinary action if deemed necessary and perform task assigned by the superior other than the specified above.
