After graduation from university, I was assigned to a large state-owned construction enterprise, China Railway No.14 Bureau Co., Ltd. I developed as project manager from junior staff; the projects I managed had been obtained good economic benefit for company. During the period of the company, I mainly involved in large-scale railway, highway, building, infrastructure projects such as on-site construction, contract management, cost management and project management, I was in charge of and participated in many railway, highway and infrastructure projects’ bidding management work. My responsibility as following:1.Coordinating with the planning, commercial, procurement, contracts and EHS teams to deliver the project safely, on time and within budget.2.Design review, Shop drawing Review value engineering, Supervision of Civil construction of Railway.3.Manage and control all resources in the project including manpower, material and other, sub-contractors management.4.Determine appropriate regulations and requirements for projects.5.Engaging and liaising with the client’s representatives, resident engineer.6.Ensure project progress as per plan by working proactively with all stake holders to resolve issues hindering progress.7.Conduct periodic project review & coordination meetings to ensure all disciplines are working as per schedule.8.Ensure HSE issues are addressed with the highest priority as per policy.9.Work with the Commercial team to ensure project profitability.10.Prepare and review domestic subcontract bidding documents for bidding, signing and ensure subcontractor compliance with project requirements and the terms and conditions of sub-Contract including Insurances, performance bond guarantees and related mandatory requirements.11.Effectively manage subcontractors for smooth progress of work.12.Processed applications for payment in accordance with contractual terms and conditions and in compliance with the Construction.Review team performance and oversee linkages with compensation, promotion, career and succession planning
