Sinohydro Engineering Bureaus No. 4 Co., Ltd.(International)AS Commercial Director and Assistant of General Manager /Deputy Managing DirectorResponsibility and Main Duty:1.Foreign countries marketing, tendering, contract management.2.Set up commercial management departments in headquarter and specify the commercial management department responsibility and recruit staffs, internal training.3.Preparation, approve the department and company management procedure, such as contract management measure. contract review procedure, subcontract management procedure;4.Study and analysis of contract documents, preparation  contract documents and the subcontract documents; familiar with FIDIC;Sub-Contract Award - Prepare and review domestic and international subcontract documents for signing and ensure subcontractor compliance with LOI/LOA requirement s and the terms and conditions of sub-Contract including Insurances, performance bond guarantees and related mandatory requirements;5.Responsible review for strategy cooperation agreement, consultant agreement, MOU and procurement Agreement at tendering stage, pre signature stage and major variation and claims.6.Set up the pool for contract review specialist.7.Attendant the negotiation meeting with clients and subcontractors. Proposal for dispute with other party, such as arbitration, coordination with all resource for arbitration.   8.Participate in preparation of technical tender, work statement, construction schedule plan, organization  etc.; 9.Summary bidding documents;10.Chair the internal weekly meeting and assign the staff work. 11.Review team performance and oversee linkages with compensation, promotion, career and succession planning;12.Assist general manager to monitor and manage oversea on-going projects and management projects evaluation and annual appraisal.13.Preparation project manager responsibility agreement.
