  • Experience in Project Controls, Planning& Coordination of Project Activities. Develop & maintain Project Base line & Current Schedules for multiple Projects. Measure progress on Project Schedule as part of status update. Analyse Schedule for critical path and Schedule risk. Produce recovery Schedules as required by Project Management Team. Expediting in Design & Detail Engineering, Construction, Reporting, Co-ordination Onshore construction for Refineries, Hydrocarbon Plants, Power plants, Pump Stations installation & Cross Country Pipelines, Oil Exploration & Production.
  • Good written and oral communications skills in English.
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to work with multinationals, with wide exposure to various culture and customs.
  • Good command over application Programs like Project Management Software, Spreadsheets, Databases.
  • Developing networks using computerized system viz. Primavera Project Planner.
  • Development automated system for progress calculation using spreadsheets, MS-Excel/MS-Access.
  • Preparation of Bar charts, Histograms, Monthly/weekly progress reports.
  • Resource Levelling, Earned value reporting, Resource Levelling, Progress ‘S’ Curves, Resource / Cost based project Weightage allocation in to P3.
  • Project progress reporting including delay reporting.
  • Work Breakdown and organization breakdown structure method of Cost Control.
  • Preparation and monitoring cash flow.
  • Preparation of monthly invoices based on Project progress.
  • Co-ordination with Engineering, Procurement and Construction Dept. to ensure smooth flow of inter-disciplinary operations.
  • Maintaining records of material availability
  • Maintaining records of mobilization/ demobilization of Subcontractors & equipments
