·        Preparation of Level 1 schedules for prospective projects along with the jobs in hand to forecast the manpower             requirement.

·        Preparation, tracking and updating of the level 2 schedules to be used by the COO for his meetings with the Clients.

·        Preparation of Level 4 programs by discussing with the Project Managers, Design Managers and the Production Manager.

·        Has been closely working with the Operations Manager to streamline the flow of Job orders within the organization from the Design and Cutlist Departments through Carpentry (I and II), Veneer, Paint, Upholstery, Final Assembly and Mockup to meet the contractual FAT dates.

·        Effectively prioritized the job orders to enable proper utilization of the available resources to meet the deadlines.

·        Had presented numerous what-if scenario reports and many adhoc reports to the senior management.

·        Development of Info-graphical reports which made reports communicate better.
