Duties and Responsibilities –

·         Responsible for effective execution of Project Controls programs on an assigned large or major project/program in accordance with Project Controls Department Procedures.

·         Prepare Project Controls Execution Plan, Project Controls Procedures and coordination of the Weekly and Monthly Progress Report.

·         Prepare, coordinate, and direct Project Controls presentations to higher management and client management.

·         Prepare project control activities. Develops, interprets, and executes policy, objectives, and standards applicable to cost and schedule control and analysis activities.

·         Provide technical and operational supervision to the Project Controls staff

 

2006~2008 - Lead Project Controls Engineer

 

Project– Propane Dehydrogenation Project for HMC Polymer, Thailand

Client / Consultant– HMC Polymer Ltd, Thailand / Bechtel Inc., USA

Duties and Responsibilities –

·         Responsible for overseeing the maintenance of the engineering and procurement schedules as well as the construction completion and commissioning schedules utilizing Primavera (P6).

·         Detailed schedule development duties include determining the work activity duration and establishing the proper work flow logic ties.

·         Monthly Progress Report, weekly status of the schedule, and issuance of the weekly schedule analysis report.

·         Schedule risk analysis, critical path analysis and developing mitigation plan.

 

2005~2006 - Senior Project Controls Engineer

 

Project –         Central Utility Project for PTTUT, Thailand.

5 trains of Co-generation power and steam generation plant of overall capacity 210 MW power and saturated steam supply

 

Client/ Consultant– PTT Utility Company Limited, Thailand / Foster Wheeler, Thailand

Duties and Responsibilities –

·         Perform planning for the different levels of the schedule hierarchy and detailed activity planning within project and commissioning schedules utilizing Primavera (P6).

Monitor progress throughout the implementation process and compare actual against planned work.
