Worked as a Project Engineer. Engaged in Project Engineering, Costing, Planning, Commissioning & Preventive maintenance activities.

Major Projects implemented :

1. Pickling plant: Management of erection, suppliers, vendors and design contractors for timely completion of project. MIS reports to management including schedule, progress, variances, cost estimates, etc in P3. The project consists of SS, PVC-lined/HDPE/PP piping, ETP, tanks, pumps for handling acids, sludge, etc; clarifiers, agitators & aerators, hot water generators.(Duration:2yrs)

   Implement preventive maintenance module for the plant alongside maintenance activities oversight. A comprehensive package developed in Foxpro for periodic maintenance activities. (Dur:6months)

2. Planning followed by execution activities for installation & commissioning of vessels & exchangers for nitrogen plant, water-complex (Pumps, softening & de-mineralizing water units, etc), fume extraction & de-dusting system, ladle, process & utility piping and structural works at CCM plant, Stainless India Ltd., Jodhpur, India (Duration: 8 months)

    

3. STC furnace project management in procurement, basic engineering, planning, erection, installation & commissioning of STC roller hearth furnace, air compressor, heat-less air dryer, E.O.T. cranes, cooling tower & its pumps, LPG vaporizers, metallographic equipment & Rx generators. MIS reports on cost, schedules, etc in P3 and Lotus. (Duration: 2 year)

4. Also, handled production planning scheduling for various casting & rolling products to meet overseas customer requirement.
