Erwin has successfully performed many critical roles and made significant contribution on several Global EPCI execution of ConocoPhillips (COP) mega offshore platform, subsea pipeline & umbilical and FSO projects. They are Belanak WHP-A & B (2002) in COP Indonesia; Kerisi platforms, subsea pipeline & umbilical Project (2005) in COP Indonesia; North Belut platform, subsea pipeline & umbilical Project (2008) in COP Indonesia; Eldfisk 2/7S Topside Project (2011) in COP Norway; Maintenance & Modification Eldfisk 2/7E Project (2015) in COP Norway; and Decommissioning of Belanak LPG FSO Gas Concord Project (2016) in COP Indonesia. He was also selected as part of PMT Project for Jack Up Rig Haven Project (2010) for COP Norway and EKOZ Project (2009) for COP Norway. He involved in complete project execution cycle: detail engineering, fabrication & construction, offshore transportation & installation and Hook Up & Commissioning.

He has extensive experience on FEL-2 & FEL-3 mega offshore platform, subsea cable and subsea pipeline & FSO projects in COP Indonesia: Kerisi Platform & Subsea pipeline & umbilical Project (2004), South Belut subsea pipeline & umbilical (2010), Buntal-5 subsea pipeline & umbilical (2016), West Belut Tie Back subsea pipeline & umbilical (2016); FSO Decommissioning in COP Indonesia: Decommissioning Belanak LPG FSO Gas Concord (2016) and FSO Belida Intan Replacement (2016).

Has been master in his core discipline area of structural and marine engineering, weight control, construction including load out (skidding, lifting, multi wheelers), offshore transportation & installation (float over, launch, lifting), and offshore hook up for jacket and topside (WHP & CPP). That includes manage interface between engineering, fabrication & construction and offshore transportation & installation Contractor. He has strong multidiscipline skills set in LQ module engineering & fabrication; offshore pipeline installation, spools tie- ins & pre-commissioning with saturation diving operation; offshore subsea cable, umbilical & manifold installation; offshore FSO decommissioning; engineering management, interface management and completion management

Has extensive experience in develop and manage various EPCI contract: engineering contract, fabrication & construction contract, transportation & installation contract, Marine Warranty Surveyor (MWS) Contract, HUC contract.

He has held various senior or lead position throughout various project stages as lead structural & mechanical, lead weight control, senior project engineer, lead engineering, lead interface, lead LQ construction, lead construction, assistant construction manager, lead offshore installation, lead LQ HUC, lead offshore decommissioning; offshore company site representative for T&I and Decommissioning, and lead completion.

Has 20 years’ work experiences in offshore oil & gas industry and has worked in various countries in Asia (Indonesia, Singapore) and Europe (Norway, UK, Poland, Finland, Spain). Has 5 years extensive experiences with North Sea oil and gas requirement. Certified course in Basic Safety Training, HUET & EBS for Norwegian Oil & Gas, Oil & Gas UK, Danish Operators & NOGEPA.

He is holding PMP certification and internationally proven capable perform his role for mega project development in various stages: FEL2, FEL3, and EPCI. As part of Company global project resource, he aims to continue broaden, further develop & share his technical skills, step up his project management role & leadership skills through international project which at the end be capable of maturing him into project leaderships position short to medium term.
