Mall developed with latest facilities like Surveillance system, Addressable Fire Detection system, and Central control system for Air conditioning & Lighting, with other standard facilities.Key Deliverables included developing design with standard specification as per SASO and monitoring specialist subcontractor works along with our teams for specific task execution.

Scope                                      :           Al Agil Family Resort, Riyadh is a well-developed resort with mixed Arabic & Western Style of construction. Resort facilities include Play Grounds, Artificial Lake, RO Filtration System, Sewerage Filtration System, Swimming Pools, Water Slide, Steam & Sauna Baths, Gymnasium, Recreation Buildings, Hard & Soft Landscaping Works, etc.special care  taken while Project executionnot to perturb the natural ground formation with modern facilities required or suitable.

Scope                                      :          JarirShopping Mall is 13,000sqm area with cellar+G+1+Penthouse precast structure. Cellar        area with raft foundation of 4000m3 of concrete, executed in a week’s duration. Mall#3 provided with all latest facilities of addressable & centrally operated systems.
