§  Outsourced a retail business segment in 5 European countries improving customer service/reducing costs

§  Managed the transformation initiative in 18 countries (Europe, Middle + Far East) reducing headcount, decreasing costs, redefining team roles, recruitment, creating processes and implementing training

§  Implemented the data privacy framework (Europe, Middle East, Far East & North America) based on advanced Binding Corporate Rules, attaining a ‘Good’ rating with Internal Audit, in preparation for GDPR

§  Managed a simulation to improve end-user confidence, pilot in the Philippines, a key go-live business readiness criterion within a people, systems & organisational improvement programme

§  Integrated planning, project control and reporting, for a new business start-up in the USA including data prospects, recruitment and on-boarding, training, marketing, card service delivery and IT systems

§  Implemented a loyalty mobile application for 15 countries in English, Dutch, French, Italian, and Turkish

§  Improved the B2C retail marketing campaigns and loyalty offers in 18 countries (Europe, Middle+Far East)

§  Supported a cards solution swap, involving the bid process, organisational change, IT systems, and building a support team in South Africa
